I qualified for the Business Development Manager in 2020 and attended the first Annual Sales Conference which was a turning point in my career. During my entire 5 years with EFU Life, I have achieved 3 MDRT qualifications, 2 Falcons club and have been awarded with a company-maintained car.
EFU Life is a company which provides a bright and long-term career growth. I am thankful to Mr. Kashif Malik Hussain Regional Manager and my manager Mr. Muhammad Rashid sahab who supported and guided me throughout my career. Under the supervision of such leadership and the dynamic personality of our beloved NSD, Mr. Mustafa Hussain Ali, I have boosted my professional skills and polished them further to achieve excellence.

MY ACHIEVEMENTS

I hold a postgraduate degree in Marketing, an MBA. Since 2012, I’ve been a proud MDRT Life Member, achieving MDRT Membership consecutively for 12 years. I’ve attended two MDRT meetings in the USA. Additionally, I’ve qualified four times as a Falcon Club Member. Together with my spouse, I’ve attended five Overseas Conventions, and individually, I’ve attended seven. I have also been managing a company-maintained car since 2012.

MY HOBBIES

Book reading, tourism and building healthy relationships by meeting new people and exploring the world.

MY MOTIVATION

My first motivation are my (late) parents. Career orientation, rewards and recognition are also other big motivations for me.

I dedicated my all achievements to my mentor, teacher, my manager etc., The Great Malik Azhar sb who left us in January 2023 (May his soul rest in peace).

I began my career in 1999 at my uncle’s firm, specializing in Income Tax & Sales Tax. I then transitioned to M/s Moosa & Co, a Chartered Accountant Firm, where I worked as an Auditor.
In December 2004, I joined EFU Life at the Hyderabad New City Branch, and have since continued my professional journey with EFU Life Assurance. Under the leadership and guidance of Mustafa Hussain Ali Sb, my Regional Manager at the time, who I consider my leader, mentor, and a compassionate individual, I’ve learned invaluable lessons throughout my successful career.

My Motivation is my dream, visible even with my eyes open. I aim to achieve big things for my family. My mother’s advice sticks with me: never give up. Despite life’s hurdles, I keep going. I believe that with persistence, I’ll reach my dreams. Her words remind me to never lose hope.

I love travelling to new destinations around the globe. I like to spend time with my family and I enjoy swimming and going to Gym as well as browsing different social media apps.

I have been associated with the Life Insurance Industry since 2000 and had the opportunity to qualify for several rewards in the past. I had qualified for MDRT and several other conventions in the past and then decided to join EFU Life in May 2023 as a Sales Consultant. Within the first few months, I managed to produce Rs 1.7 million but could not achieve my target due to a personal Health Reason.

I am determined to be a member of Prestigious Club of EFU Life, during 2024 and I am also working hard for this achievement. I have already crossed Rs. 2.8 million during January 2024, and have become an Executive Senior Consultant.

I am also determined to become a lifetime member of MDRT during the next few years.

I was born in the beautiful city of Quetta and completed my Masters from Baluchistan University, Quetta. I was recruited by Mr. Imran Ahmed (ZM Quetta) into EFU LIFE in November 2004. I began achieving milestones like BDM and MDRT in 2006 under the guidance of my great motivator, mentor, and teacher, Mr. Muhammad Javed (RM Quetta).

In 2010, I relocated to Lahore and had the opportunity to work under the guidance of the late Mr. Zahid Ali Raza, who played a pivotal role in honing my skills. Under his mentorship, I continued to achieve milestones such as BDM, MDRT, company-maintained car, and many more. Currently, I work under the supervision of Mr. Waqas Ali Raza (Branch Manager), who has consistently supported me through the highs and lows, providing motivation and contributing to my success.

I’m Saba, originally from Matli, a small town in District Badin. I have completed my graduation.

ME AND EFU LIFE:

After completing my graduation, I left Matli with hopes of achieving success. The same question that lingered in the minds of my family and relatives also occupied my thoughts: How would I achieve success? I embarked on a journey, spending four months here, six months there, searching for success everywhere.

Eventually, I became a part of the EFU family. After a short period of working here, I came to realize that this is the vast ocean where my thirst for success could finally be quenched. I had tried my hand in various places, but the key factor here is leadership. Madam Durdana and Asma Qasim instilled in me a level of self-confidence I had never imagined possible.
