MY HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:

Mostly I try to spend time with my Juniors so that I can facilitate them if they come across any problem and after that I like meeting with my friends and socializing.

MY MOTIVATION:

It was my ambition to provide best education to my children and thats the motivating factor in my life and now after a long struggle I think im successful in my mission.

It was always my ambition to make my career successfully and for this I met different people to learn from their experiences. I joined EFU Life as a Sales Consultant in 2002 under Mr. Husein Sachak. I was not actively pursuing sales till 2004, when I qualified for MDRT (www.mdrt.org) for the first time, since then I have been qualifying every year. I would like to thank Mr. Husein Sachak for showing me how lucrative this career can be. Mr. Rehan Anwer has kept with the teachings of Husein and has been a great manager helping me to become even more successful.

MY HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:

I love socializing and have an extensive social circle which helps in my line of work. Cars and electronics are some things that have kept my interest since I can remember.

MY MOTIVATION:

My family, my parents whose prayers have brought me where I am today and my wife whose support has helped me to give so much time to my work. Providing them with all the comforts of life has been my biggest motivation. I feel that every individual should have a support structure in times of need and this is where my profession comes in.

MY MESSAGE:

I think Sales is one Job that is your own Business. The more you put in the more you get. It is not restricted to salary. EFU Life is already the largest private sector Life Assurance Company in Pakistan and it has great potential to be standing shoulder to shoulder with mammoths like Statelife and Inshallah one day we will. I joined EFU Life Assurance Ltd in 1999 as a sales consultant. I was promoted to business development manager in 2000 and executive business development manager in 2001. In the subsequent years i.e 2002/2003/2004&2005 i was the top sales consultant in the entire company and also achieved the ‘Top of the Table’ title in 2003/2004, ‘Court of the Table’ in 2005/2006/2008 and MDRT in 2007. In the year 2008 once again I proved myself as a distinguished member of the esteemed “Million Dollar Round Table”. This year the MDRT conference will be held in Indiana Polis – Indiana USA.

MY HOBBIES AND INTERESTS:

Reading, socializing and traveling.

MY MOTIVATION:

I strongly believe in change. It is the only habit in me which is self motivational. I openly accept new visions and challenges to experience the life with sincere efforts. Therefore in a nutshell my achievements are planned and presentable.

I am a graduate and belong to Mirpur AJK. I was fortunate to come across Mr. Shahid Awan (my Branch Manager), who convinced me to join this forward looking organization; EFU Life Assurance Limited. On joining, it was my ambition to shape up my career successfully by utilizing this dynamic platform. It became a reality with the timely guidance from my Manager and I closed the region’s largest premium policy ever in such a short span of time. After accomplishing this milestone, I made a resolution to myself to maintain this success in the future as well. To the pleasant surprise of everyone including myself, 1 was able to once again clinch the company’s top producer status just after one month’s gap.

My motivation in life takes its roots from a strong desire to excel through hard work and dedication. Accomplishing the business targets not only gave me the much needed financial freedom, but also became a source of immense satisfaction and motivation to excel further.

To become successful one should follow the guidelines of the seniors and I can vouch for this claim, since in a very short span of time I have achieved the target for the mini convention to be held in Nepal and have also met the criteria for promotion as Business Development Manager (BDM). Now, I am not far from the very achievable and the most coveted honor of all; the MDRT!
