I became the member of EFU Life recently on 19th October 2020, upon being introduced to Ma’am Aasma by an old friend. Previously, I had spent most of my tenure at MCB limited and retired three years ago after serving at many branches in Hyderabad at managerial positions. I realized that EFU life is working for not only the benefit of its clients, but also for its resources. I had joined EFU life to further establish myself and work for the welfare of my clients by providing them affordable yet long-term financial solutions. MY HOBBIES AND INTERESTS

I remain updated on the current affairs through news and talk-shows. Besides, I love to spend quality time with family and friends. I joined EFU Life in February 1999, upon being introduced to Mr. Moazzam Bashir Kamal sb. by one of my classmates. I was inclined towards joining the armed forces. But after learning about the services EFU Life is providing, I realized that our nation need these services more. I also figured out that apart from providing the service to the masses, it also offers an unbelievable career for me. My father (Late) Malik Muhammad Iqbal Awan also supported my decision to pursue this career.

I am very fond of making new friends and establishing contacts in the society. I also wanted to explore different areas through traveling. In EFU Life I came to know of the multiple I have for travelling locally and internationally. Now by the grace of Allah Almighty, I have traveled more than 25 destinations across the globe.

MY MOTIVATION:

High income, rewards and recognition are always the biggest motivation. But the vision and leadership of our higher management led by Mr. Tahir G Sachak and Mustafa Hussain Ali sb have further boosted my spirits. Building my own luxurious house, driving a company-maintained Honda car, travelling Internationally and providing good education for my kids was made possible with the help of EFU Life. I am lifetime member of MDRT.

ME AND EFU LIFE:

I had joined EFU Life on 12th Sep 2005, while I had enrolled myself for computer lectures a renowned institute.

One day, a dear friend of mine came to me and briefed me about EFU Life’s products. This was soon followed by a visit to his office where we had a discussion about my career and how life insurance can add value to it. I instantly agreed to join a lucrative profession through which I could take care of my family’s needs and maintain strong relationships.

I started my career as a ‘Sales Consultant’ and got promoted frequently and by 2008 I had achieved the desired target and became the BDM – Business Development Manager which enabled me to travel and attend the annual sales conference in Thailand. It was an experience that has kept me motivated till date.

I had qualified for an International financial professionals’ club – MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) and attended the International conference to get the best learnings from world most experienced professionals. This has always helped me to enhance my expertise in my profession. In 2013, I had qualified for company’s top business producers’ club – FALCON CLUB and from till date I am a proud member.

EFU Life has made me a better person and a more successful one. Today, I am servicing more than 800 clients spread across 21 countries as an ‘Executive Senior Manager’.

I always enjoy to learn new things and to pass it to others for their benefit. I play cricket, spend time with loved ones and read books for knowledge.
Traveling is something that I love and EFU has given me opportunity to see the world.
